What does your order status mean? Click on each heading below to find out more.


New orders are marked as pending. Once we have received your order, we review it and send the product details to our warehouse for shipping.


Once the warehouse gets your order details, they begin processing your items for dispatch. In-stock products will ship the soonest. Items that must be custom-made take a little longer. We will always indicate how long you should expect to wait for custom products; look for the Usually Ships in [x] business days section on the product pages for details.


Completed orders have cleared the warehouse and are on a truck/jet/bicycle heading to your home! We provide tracking information for carriers that support it and you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order at this stage. Shipping times vary depending on your location and can take anywhere from one day to two weeks.


Orders will be delivered right to your door by your designated carrier. The packaging ensures your product arrives in perfect condition. Please dispose of the packaging responsibly and we hope you enjoy your product!
